The designing process is based on 3D models or 2D drawings sent by the Customer and on the Book of Tasks compiled according to the requests of the Customer, and is carried out in the CAD-CAM office with computers and software of the highest standards.

The elaboration of manufacturing documentation is realized in two workshops: CAD workshop for part developement and mold design, and CAM workshop for CNC technology.

We use the following softwares:

• Cimatron – for mold design and CAM
• Cimatron – for 3X, 5X CNC technology
• NC Brain – for tool path simulation and collision detection
• Cadmould – for simulation of plastic injection
• Cast-Designer – for simulation of aliminium high pressure die casting
